We do not accept telephone orders for Internet sales. Please use the secure 'shopping cart' facility on our website to make orders and payments.
STANDARD UK MAINLAND DELIVERY CHARGE
Free delivery for orders over £75.00.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 for an order value up to £75.00.
Orders are normally dispatched the next business day if placed before 1pm Monday to Friday but at busy times dispatch may take longer. Delivery on orders placed Monday to Thursday is usually the next day after dispatch but orders taken on Friday will be delivered early the following week. Please note that delivery to some areas of the UK may take a little longer.
We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays nor Bank Holidays
SPECIAL SATURDAY UK MAINLAND DELIVERY CHARGE
We offer a Saturday delivery option on orders placed before 1.00pm Friday and the charge for this service is £14.99.
It is important to note that this service is not available to destinations in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Scilly Isles.
Please note delivery prices are applicable up to a parcel weight of 5.0kg. Weight in excess of this limit will attract an additional fee.
You will be contacted if your parcel weight is in excess of 5.0kg and/or outside of the volumetric constraints imposed by our carrier and advised of the appropriate additional charge.
We reserve the right to withhold shipment until we agree any additional charges with you and those agreed additional charges are settled directly with Pure Party. You have the right to cancel your order if you consider the additional charge(s) is too expensive. A full refund would then apply. Please note that all charges and thresholds are liable to change
In the event that the item is returned to us by the Carrier then we will endeavor to contact you by phone to arrange a further delivery attempt. In addition to the carriage charge for the further delivery we reserve the right to apply a £8.95 handling charge. The returned item(s) will be checked and repacked before dispatch. (If an item is returned to us following delivery failure our Carrier will make a return delivery charge against PureParty). If you do not agree to a further delivery attempt then we will refund the cost of the goods less a £8.95 handling charge but not the original carriage charge.
If an item is refused when delivered on time we will refund the cost of the goods less £8.95 handling charge but not the original carriage charge.
LOSS, DELAY & DAMAGED GOODS
Pure Party take responsibility for shipping and making any claim for compensation for loss or delay on your behalf, any claim will be limited to the maximum compensation allowed by the carrier. In respect of any shipment, all goods leave us in appropriate packing material and in a non-damaged state. PureParty will not accept liability for any claim for non delivery of goods or items deemed Broken in Transit, though will happily claim compensation or replace goods where applicable via the appropriate carrier on your behalf.

All of the products on this site are selected for quality, and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
In the unlikely event that your goods are defective on arrival, we will happily replace them assuming they are returned within 7 days of receipt, complete with all original packaging.
Unsuitable Goods (i.e., incorrect size)
If your goods are unsuitable for any other reason (e.g. incorrect size), we will refund for the item only, assuming it is returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn, complete with all original packaging, and in ORIGINAL RESALEABLE condition.
As a service to our customers, Pure Party would like to point out that we cannot take responsibility for costumes once washed.
Returning Your Items
Please contact us to authorise your return before posting it back to us. You can do this by email (email@example.com, or by telephone (01246 556071). Please also ensure that you provide your full contact details, including telephone number, and your order number/transaction ID in the package when you return your items.
You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service/ insured as Pure Party cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.
